The short version

Mindtiq is a focus app. The core is free. Mindtiq Pro is an optional subscription with a 7-day free trial that you can cancel anytime. Be kind, don’t misuse the service, and email us if anything is wrong.

Using Mindtiq

You can use Mindtiq without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for your account and the data you put in it. Don’t try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may change or improve features over time.

Mindtiq Pro

• Price: €2.99 per month or €24.99 per year, including VAT. The price shown at checkout is what you pay.
• Who sells it: Stripe sells Pro on our behalf as merchant of record — the checkout and receipts say “Sold through Link”. Stripe handles payment, VAT and receipts.
• Free trial: new subscriptions start with 7 days free. You add a payment method at checkout but pay nothing during the trial. Cancel before it ends under Me → Manage subscription and you are never charged; otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Checkout shows the exact date.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Cancelling: anytime under Me → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds: changed your mind within 14 days of your first payment? Email hello@mindtiq.com and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
• What’s included: Pro features are listed in the app. Some are marked “coming soon” — early subscribers get them as they launch and keep their founding price for as long as they stay subscribed.
• Price changes: if we ever change the price, existing subscribers are told by email in advance and can cancel before it applies.

Mindtiq is a productivity tool. It is not a medical product and does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition.

Liability

We work hard to keep Mindtiq running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. Download a backup from the Me tab now and then. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
